Jennie Speranza (nee Branca), 81, of Springfield, NJ, formerly of Millburn, passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on July 23, 2010. Jennie was the devoted wife of Anthony Speranza for over 60 years. She was the beloved mother of Kathy Lisante and Karen Wiener and adoring grandmother to Jennifer, Samantha, Morgan, and Joseph. Dear sister of Sally and Louise and the late Frank and Mary. Visiting will be held on Monday, July 26, from 4 to 8 pm at the Bradley Smith & Smith Funeral Home, 415 Morris Ave., Springfield, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday at 10 am at St. Rose of Lima Church, Short Hills. Interment to follow at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations in her name may be made to the American Cancer Society, 507 Westminster Ave., Elizabeth, NJ 07208.
